How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, as premium dates, especially during wedding season, tend to fill quickly. Early inquiries allow us to better secure your date and tailor your experience.

Do you offer custom backdrops or branded templates?

Yes. Custom visual direction can be planned for weddings, corporate events, and brand activations once your signed agreement, non-refundable retainer and event details are received.

What does the booth require on site?

Most events need a stable setup area, nearby power, and enough room for guests to move comfortably. Exact requirements can be confirmed during planning. For events held outdoors, a tent might be required as Florida weather is often unpredictable and we want to make sure your event goes as smoothly as possible.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire Tampa Bay Area, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater, as well as Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties.

Is set up and break down time included in the 4hr service?

No. Set up and break down time is complimentary and is not part of the 4hr service. We usually arrive 1 to 1.5 hours prior to the start of the event to set up, test the equipment, and make sure the photobooth is ready.

Do you charge travel fees?

There are no extra fees if your event happens to be in Tampa. For events outside of Tampa, travel fees will be applied and shared with you prior to your booking. Feel free to reach out; we are happy to help.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide details to your venue if needed.

Do you offer prints?

Yes. We love physical prints and offer two size options: 2x6 strip prints and 4x6 prints. Once your date is secured, we will go over these details and send you layouts to choose from.

How many prints will each guest receive?

Each guest will receive their own print. For example, if 2 guests take a photo together, each person will receive their own physical print as well as a digital copy sent to their phone or email.

Will I be able to receive all the photos from my event?

Yes. You will receive all the photos of your event via an online gallery, password protected, or on a USB drive at the end of the night.
